EXHIBITON OF ART WORKS, ICONS AND SOUVENIRS IN NIS CULTURAL CENTER

Under the sponsorship of Palilula Municipality and with the support of Nis cultural center, Crafts Chamber of Nis – General association of individual traders and craftsmen of Nis is organizing `Exhibition of art works, icons and souvenirs` as contribution to celebration of 1700th Anniversary of the Edict of Milan AD 313 – 2013.It is expected that this exhibition in NKC (Stanoje Bunusevca street, bb) Wednesday 19 2012 at 12 00 will be opened by Boban Dzunic, president of Palilula Municipality.

As Blagoje Stanisavljevic, president of Crafts Chamber of Nis says, 160 exhibitors with over 350 exhibits will be presented. The work of students of school of iconography will be specially promoted, together with the works in golden embroidery, old craft from Byzantium period, calligraphy. The visitors of this exhibition will see the latest issues of `Grafit` workshop - postcards of old Nis, as well as the picture exhibition of `Luna` art association. Beside the participants from Nis the works and artists from Prokuplje, Svrljig, Pirot, Leskovac and Aleksinac will also exhibit. Exhibition of traditional art crafts and iconographers will be opened in NKC until 19 00 hours. Free entry.
